Strawberry Festival
Saturday, June 3 from 9AM to 4PM Wilbraham Park in WEst Cape may (corner of Perry St. and Broadway) will e overflowing with strawberries. it's the annual Strawberry Festival. Along with traditional food vendors and crafts., there are special strawberry booth s- don't forget to save room for strawberry shortcake, (Rain date June 4)
What's that Bird??
If you've asked that question often, take the short two day course offered by the Cape May Bird Observatory this Friday from 5-7PM and Saturday, from 8AM-noon. None other than the famous Pete Dunne steps up to the plate to teach you how to identity those mysterious birds in your backyard and elsewhere. You'll even get to test your new found knowledge on a field trip. The course will be taught at the Cape May Bird Observatory Center for Research and Education in Goshen. Thunder on the Sand
For lots of action, head over to Wildwood's beach, between Schellenger and Spencer Avenues, for the annual Spring Thunder on the Sand Motocross Pro/Am Races this weekend. The races begin Saturday at noon and Sunday at 10AM. The AMA-sanctioned Pro-Am races are for beginners to pros. Admission fee. (609) 523.8051.
