Fireworks

They're free and sure to wow the whole family. What could be a better way to celebrate the 4th of July than watching fireworsk on the beach. Both Cape May and Wildwood will be sending off some pretty impressive sparks - catch the Cape May fireworks at 9PM, the Wildwood fireworks at 10PM - You can do both if you want!

 

Parades

To get into that patriotic mood, watch local bands, floats and boy scout troops celebrate the 4th by marking through the streets. Another free event that 's sure to please the whole family. Cape May's parade starts at 1PM July 1, at Beach and Philadelphia Avenues. Wildwood holds its parade on July 4th beginning at Atlantic and 15th Avenues,

 

Designer Show House

The finishing touches are now in place at the MAC Designer show House - an historic Gothic Reivvial church that's been turned into three designer condos. Get out of teh sun and take a tour at Franklin and Lafayette streets, 10AM-3PM. Admission $25. Sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts. (609) 884-5404.
