Everyone's doing their taxes or planting their gardens this weekend. but if you can manage to break away, here are a few suggestions:
 Lois Sings
Everyone loves Lois Smith, Cape May's favorite songstress. Hear her in a Jazz Vespers concert Sunday afternoon concert at 3PM. Held at the the First Presbyterian Church on Decatur St. Donations accepted.
Doo Wop Duathlonl
Put on your running shoes Saturday morning and go for a two mile stretch along Wildwood's Boardwalk (No stopping for a snack) Then jump on your bike and do another 12 miles through Wildwood and the Crest. Wrap it up with an awards breakfast at the Wildwood Convention Center. You deserve it! The whole shebang starts at 8AM sharp at the Convention Center. (609) 374-6495
British Beer Tasting Dinner
After wine tasting's comes the next new thing - beer tasting's. and no, we're not talking kegs on campus. Get your weekend started Friday night with a a round of British beers. The Mad batter is serving up a four course dinner and a different British beer with each course. Starts at 7:30PM Friday. $60 per person.
Villas WMA Bird Walk
So you've been hearing something about a new wildlife refuge in the Villas?? Now's your chance to see it in person with local birding guide George Myers. Meet George at the crack of dawn - actually 7:30AM - at the Villas Wildlife Management Area - formerly the Ponderlodge Golf course -at the end of Shawmount Road (off Route 603 / Bayshore Road). $10.
