Now's a great time to take a walk along Stone Harbor Point to see the migrating shorebirds. The Cape May Bird Observatory's doing the walk every Tuesday evening. Another plus - it's one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the area..perfect for a sunset walk.

If a recent whale watching trip whetted your appetite for more, head over to the Wetlands Institute Friday and walk into the mouth of a life sized whale. The huge inflatable whale's part of a 90 minute virtual whale watch that includes a video whale watching tour of Hawaii plus whale bones and other artifacts.
