The Aviary

This new, enclosed, climate controlled $1.2 million World of Birds has 20 species from exotic flamingos to more familiar birds.

The Reptile House

About 75 species of snakes, turtles, alligators, lizards and arachnids live in this new building. One of the rarer reptiles is the Asian turtle from Cambodia. There are also plenty of snakes including pythons and boa constrictors.

Animals at the Zoo

More than 100 species of other animals including red pandas, capybara - the world's largest rodent, camel, reindeer, a black bear, bison and more.

The African Savannah

30 acres of plains type habitat where giraffes, zebra, and African antelopes roam freely. Walk out on a boardwalk and see them safely from a distance.

Cat Exhibit

Cougars, cheetahs, tigers, lions and two species of leopard.

Primates

About a dozen different species of monkeys.

New Jersey Animals

See swift foxes, river otters and other New Jersey natives.

And don't forget the three ponds and fountains where you'll see beautiful swans and other waterfowl!
