1PM. This year’s parade is dedicated to U.S.Coast Guard Training Center. Grand Marshall is
Captain Cari Thomas, Commanding Officer of the U.S.C.G. Training Center. The Coast Guard Band and Color Guard will march as well as Cape May County String Band, Congress Street Brass Band, floats, decorated bicycles and antique autos. 80 fine artists representing all mediums including oil painting, sculpture, watercolors, photography and graphics, show their work on the boardwalk and promenade.
Forty ribbons and $2,000. in cash prizes are awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and Honorable Mention in the following categories: oil/acrylic, watercolor, photography, graphics/drawing and sculpture/mixed media.
