Captain William Kelly, Commanding Officer of the U.S.C.G. Training Center, Cape May will serve as Grand Marshall. The U.S. Coast Guard Band and Color Guard as well as the
Cape May County String Band and Congress Street Brass Band will perform. Floats, decorated bicycles and antique autos are welcome. |
