Cape May Halloween Parade 2004

CAPE MAY, N.J. – It might not have been New York's Village Halloween Parade, but Sunday's annual march through Cape May by assorted ghouls, goblins and an unusally high number of witches had some very creative costumes...among them, two bags of Cheetos, a trio of monkey and a dressed to kill motorcyle gang.

The parade is sponsored by the city of Cape May and the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts.
