CAPE MAY, N.J. – What are you doing the night the Oscars are handed out??

Munching some lukewarm pizza in front of the TV??

Struggling to stay awake for the very last, dramatic moments??

Now try this:

Dress up in your best, sequins and "Oscar Chic" and walk up a real red carpet, just like the stars do.

Cast your ballot for your favorites, all the while sipping a cocktail and munching swell hors d' oeuvres...a raw bar from Cape Atlantic Fisheries and the Lobster House and hot tid bits from the Washington Inn.

Party with local film buffs as the awards are handed out on the big screen.

If this sounds better than lukewarm pizza, there's an even a bigger inducement to put on the glad rags - the Oscars' Night event will raise money for the Cape May NJ State Film Festival. It's 50 bucks a head.
