Cape May NJ 11th Annual Great Cookie ExchangePosted 11/29/05 Cape May, NJ - Cookie monsters of all shapes and sizes are getting ready for the Center for Community Arts' 11th Annual Great Cookie Exchange. It's this Monday, December 5 at 6PM at the Cape May Elementary School on Lafayette Street. This growing community tradition is free and open to the public. You are encouraged to bring your own Christmas cookies to share. Santa arrives at the Great Cookie Exchange a little after 6PM, and will be available through the evening for photographs. Kids can roll out dough and decorate cookies, which will be baked in the school's ovens by volunteers and distributed at the Cookie Exchange Table. They can decorate baskets in which to take home the cookies of their choice, make and decorate holiday hats and greeting cards. A refreshment table provides milk and juice for kids and coffee and tea for adults. For more information about the Great Cookie Exchange or to volunteer, call (609) 884-7525.
