Cape May Nun Plunge

Cape May, NJ - Get ready for a second round of people running into a cold March ocean.

Just one week after the Polar Plunge for Andrew, Cape May stages its first ever Nun Plunge.

Everyone's welcome to join in, Saturday at 2PM on the beach behind Cape May's Convention Hall.

The Nun Plunge will raise money for Our Lady Star of the Sea Elementary School.

Registration is $15. You'll get a long sleeved tee shirt before the plunge and a cup of hot chocolate and a donut afterwards.

Just go to McGlade's Restaurant on the pier Saturday at 1:30PM to sign up.

And yes, some good sisters - aka nuns - will join in the plunge.
