Legal Limit ChartersCaptain Tom and his Legal Limit Charters lead a double life. In the spring and fall, he brings his 38 foot Henriques to Cape May for striper adn drum fishing. The boat holds 6 comfortably. In summer, you can find him an hour north, in Tuckerton, NJ, working the wrecks offshore in seach of black fish and sea bass. Starting in June until early August, Legal Limit heads out into the ocean for big shark and tuna. Captain Tom also targets flounder closer to shore in waters near Tuckerton all summer. Once the fall rolls around, you'll see Legal Limit back in Cape May waters, in the thick of the striper action.
