Legal Limit ChartersCaptain Tom and his Legal Limit Charters lead a double life. In the spring and fall, he and his 38 foot Henriques are in Cape May for striper and drum fishing. The boat holds 6 comfortably. In summer, he's fishing for sea bass, flounder, tuna and marlin. Starting in June until early August, Legal Limit heads out into the ocean for big shark and tuna. Captain Tom also targets flounder closer to shore in waters near Cape May all summer. Once the fall rolls around, you'll see Legal Limitback in the thick of the striper action.
