Topic: gluten free dining

This is my first vacation since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease.  Can anyone recommend restaurants that will accomodate a gluten free (no wheat, barley, rye or oats or anything derived from them) diet.

Re: gluten free dining

I don't know any specific restaurants that specialize in that type of diet. There are certain places that I think could/would be able to accomodate you, or they would be honest about it. I wuld suggest Georges, as a brekfast/lunch place. I would check with John. I would think Bella Vida for the same meals. Family owned I believe. I would suggest the Blue Pig in Congress Hall. The chef was able to accomodate my wife a couple of years ago. The Washington Inn or Fresco's also have excellent chefs who may be able to help.

This is our first family vacation to Cape May. We have 1 abcde and 1 teenager who are Celiacs. Are there any additional recommendations for places to eat gluten-free?
