Summer Classes:


Mat Pilates
Pilates is an exercise system that will strengthen and condition your core body muscles (abdomen and back) resulting in better posture and better economy of movement in all areas of your life. Anyone in any physical shape can make a start in this 45-minute beginner’s mat class. Wear comfortable clothing and bring two towels (Pilates/Yoga mat optional).
Classes are held Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:15PM, Franklin Street Civic Center. $4 per class. Cape May Recreation (609) 884-9565


Cardio Kickbox
A full hour, high-energy impact class. Self-defense moves combine with cardio and strength-training exercises to tone and shape your upper body and legs. It’s a powerful and fun workout for all skill levels. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:30PM at the Cape May Elementary School gym. $4.00 per class. Cape May Recreation (609) 884-9565

June 23- August 15 Jazz Aerobics

Senior Citizen Swim
