Hereford Inlet Lighthouse Garden
For inspiration and location, the perennial and herb gardens at Hereford Inlet can't be beat. Right on the edge of the sea, hollyhocks and hydrangea in the summer and asters in the fall surround the picturesque lighthouse. Free.

Leamings Run
The largest annual garden in the United States is right here in Cape May County. The red sage and cardinal flowers draw in the hummingbirds in August and early September. $7 adults, $4 children, under 6 free.
