Cape May, NJ - Was she or wasn’t she? Taylor Swift posted two photos of herself at the beach yesterday evening, ending a long day of rumors and reported Taylor Swift sightings in the Cape May area.
On her Twitter page, the popular country singer said “Nothing quite like a freezing cold, wintery beach.”
A second posting had a nostalgic ring to it. She wrote “Childhood beach memories revisited.”
Each post was accompanied by a photo showing the 22 year old singer along the shoreline.
Swift was born in Reading, PA and grew up in Wyomissing, PA.
In a Philadelphia Inquirier interview two years ago, Swift said she spent “magical” childhood summers at her family’s bayside home in Stone Harbor.
She sang karaoke at Henny’s and played acoustic shows at Coffee Talk. She brought her band back to Stone Harbor several years ago for some water skiing and ice cream at Springers.
On this latest visit, Swift was seen having dinner Tuesday evening at Cape May’s Lobster House restaurant.
Taylor Swift has been named Entertainer of the Year by both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association.
