Or a tiny princess, all in blue, checking out the scene, it was hard to say just who was the cutest baby in Cape May’s annual Baby Parade Friday. The parade is one of Cape May’s oldest summer traditions. This was its 82nd year.
Or course, in addition to the little tykes hidden away in sharks and other creative carriages, some older kids also took part in the July march down Beach Avenue. These young ladies posed in their very best party dresses.
One group showed off their hula skills, bringing Dr. Seuss’ One Fish, Two Fish to life.
Goldilocks left the bears at home and brought her three dogs.
Cape May’s own Queen Maysea came with her entire court, on their own float, no less.
But one little boy needed nothing more than his sparkling blue eyes to carry the day.
