2015 Cape May Forum : Wine and Oysters

CAPE MAY, NJ -  Spend an entire day tasting and talking about oysters and wine in Cape May Forum’s April 2015 event – Wine and Oysters, Growing on the Garden State, Saturday, April 25th.

Some heavy hitters from both the wine and oyster industries will be on hand to talk about the surge in local production of both oysters and wine in the Cape May County area, in the forum focusing on the bounty of local agriculture, viniculture and aquaculture.

There’ll be an oyster tasting with the Cape May Oyster Co-op and Cape May Salts. Red Store owner and chef Lucas Manteca will do a cooking demonstration while Michael Craig from the Cape May Winery  shares some wine pairings.

The day long event, from 9AM to 4PM at the Cape May Ferry Terminal, includes a continental breakfast, lunch and tastings.  The admission is $50 per person.
