By the Sea

You're oh so close to the ocean - you can see it just beyond a row of trees. Get a peak from the second floor deck and enjoy some glorious sunsets. The deck is where you'll probably spend much of your time in the warmer weather. But if you're lucky enough to be here during the cooler months, you'll enjoy gathering around the fireplace after a brisk beach walk or birding field trip.

You're just a short block from the beach and an easy stroll to the Cape May Lighthouse at the state park. Go on one of the park's nature walks, to see the other side of the seashore. When you're ready for some fine dining (or some take out) take the short ride into Cape May for provisions. You might want to venture just a bit farther one evening and take the kids to the Wildwood Boardwalk.
