September 11 - October 1 = $1500.00
October 2 - October 29 = $1300.00

We require a 50% deposit at lease signing. Final 50% and cleaning deposit (refundable) is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The cleaning deposit is $300. Pet fee is $150.00
