There is a nice sense of space and flow throughout the home. You will find an open floor plan, from kitchen to dining room to living room. There are 9-foot ceilings on the 1st floor and 8-foot ceilings on the 2nd. There are decks in both the front and back yards. You can experience the sense the openness on the Virtual Tour or you can see the floorplan and room sizes on a link at the bottom of the main page listing for Bay Leaf Cottage. Some amenities to enjoy include Central Air Conditioning in Summer and the Central Heat and fireplace in Winter. In addition, there is an outside shower and a picnic table in the back. Your rental also includes Basic Cable TV (TVs in all bedrooms & living room); Wireless Internet; and FREE PHONE CALLS to the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. And remember - we are PET FRIENDLY; with a fully fenced-in back yard. We hope you will agree that our rates are reasonable for being a block and a half from the bay. We welcome your inquiries.
