Weekly Rentals: Off-season Jan.1 through May 24---$4,600./wk. In-season May 24 through Sept. 13---$5,500./wk. Off-season Sept. 13 through Dec.27---$4,600./wk. (Sun.-Sun. rentals- check-in 3pm/check-out 10am) Off-season at $700./night(3-nite min.) 50% of rental rate. Security fee and dog fee due upon lease signing. Balance of rental rate due 30 days before arrival. Security Fee: $500.00(refundable) Pet Fee: $100.00 per dog(non-refundable and limit of 2 dogs unless prior approval-dogs MUST BE treated with flea and tick control for the safety and comfort of all our guests) *** NOTE *** linens are not provided. For linen service go to linenladies.com or seadreamscapemay.com Kitchen: All appliances and utensils are provided SLEEPS 2 TO 18 PEOPLE. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE HOME. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME OR SCREEN ROOM. Failure to comply will cost you the security fee as the owner, who also stays at the house, has a serious allergy to cigarette and cigar smoke. Please respect our rules on this. This is also our family vacation home. We try hard to keep the home in great condition for our renters. We ask that you leave it in the same condition when you leave us. Should you have any issues or concerns during your stay, please be sure to inform us.
