Summertime, and the livin' is easy. Just rotate from the front deck to the beach to the grassy backyard and back to the deck. All you need are your flip flops.
Not only are there three bedrooms, there are also three plasma TV's. And a family room complete with sleeper sofa - just the place to stash an overnight visitor. The house has one of those nice pass through kitchens, so the cook can jump into the conversation at anytime. Of course, there are many restaurants nearby when the mood to dine out strikes. It's the cook's vacation too.
