When you're on vacation, who wants to stay inside? If you're not on the beach (just a block away) you can stretch out on the front porch with a good vacation novel. Or hang out upstairs on the secluded back porch. Or do your sunbathing in the backyard.
Nice thing about this house, there's plenty of room inside as well as outside. The new kitchen will tempt you to cook up some crowd pleasing food. Or stroll a few blocks for a nice dinner out. Remember, you're on vacation.
