Have a birds' eye view of the Delaware Bay from your private third floor deck. It's the perfect spot to watch magnificent bay sunsets every evening. In the spring and fall, you might even see migrating birds passing by. A sandy beach is nearby, when you feel like doing a little sunbathing or swimming or jogging. Bring your kayak - the bay is a great for kayaking.
You can also jump into the car and head to Atlantic Ocean beaches in Cape May, just a few miles away. Soak in the jacuzzi after the day's outing, before you go out for a nice dinner. Or get some take out food and eat it right out of the bag, on the deck, as the sun sets.
