Settle into this historic Victorian cottage, surrounded by beautiful perennial flower gardens and you might not even get to the beach! The secluded backyard is a wonderful spot for a little sunning and the screened in porches are just the place to curl up with a good book and a glass of lemonade on a hot summer day. Soak up a little of Cape May Point's rich history while you stay here. The owner literally wrote the book on the subject. His family has owned El Precio for three generations.
The house's stately location on Cape Avenue couldn’t be more convenient – just one block from the beach, one from the Post Office, and one from Pavilion Circle. Make sure to take the kids for a walk along the beach to the Lighthouse and State Park at least once while you're here.
