Yes you can have it all on vacation. Lounge on the front porch in a small town setting. Cook dinner in a new kitchen with high end appliances. Log onto the internet on a fast, wireless connection. Watch satellite TV. Lounge some more on the porch.
Walk or bike from here to the beach. (You can leave all of your stuff in a beach box.) Or meander a couple of blocks down the street to local shops and buy gifts for everyone you know. Or take a bike ride down to the Lighthouse and back. That should whet your appetite for a little lunch at a nice cafe across the street. Or dine on your two-tiered back deck.
