If you're a swimming pool kind of group, what could be better than a pool with its own pool house? (a pool with an automatic cover, no less.) You'll lounge by this pool (shared with a second property) and refuse to go to the beach - just a few blocks away. After your swim, you can try out one of the many porches/decks for an afternoon nap.
A huge, light filled great room with new kitchen is just the place for getting together to talk over the day's adventures. If you feel like cooking, just bike over to the fish market on the docks for the catch of the day. (You can see a bit of the harbor from the top floor.) You're also just a short walk away from a convenience store for early morning milk and bread ...and donuts. You're on vacation, remember.
