A family, and their pet, could feel very comfortable here, on Cape May's quiet east side. It's an easy stroll to the beach. Walk home for lunch even. Then head out for more or laze the rest of the day away on the patio, keeping an eye on Fido. Yes this is pet friendly.
In the AM, have coffee at the cute retro kitchen table before the kids wake up. This is bike riding territory so make sure to bring bikes for early morning excursions. You can even bike into town for a little shopping or dinner. Come back for a long weekend when the weather turns chilly, so you can turn on the fireplace.
