Just one block from the ocean, you can see the beach entrance from the front walk. The master bedroom, on the second floor, has its own private sitting area for TV watching and a deck bordered by pine trees. You might be tempted to lounge on the deck instead of heading to the beach with the rest of the gang.
A separate den on the first floor gives your group some extra space - a good spot to check email while others gather in the spacious, sunny living room. Not that you'll be spending much time indoors. When you're not on the beach, you can take a short stroll to the Lighthouse and the State Park. Or go for a bike ride. Bring your bikes - the Point is bike heaven.
