Stare straight at the ocean from the 2nd floor porch or the large front porch that runs the entire width of the house. The porch is where everyone will want to be in the warm weather. The beach is just across the street.

In the winter, gather round the two gas fireplaces after a walk on the beach. No worries about parking. There's off street parking for up to 6 cars.
