St. Patrick's Parade Photos
Wildwood, NJ - As North Wildwood's Mayor said so himself, this was the biggest and most well attended St. Patrick's Parade in the town in years.
The weather might have had something to do with that. It was almost balmy on Atlantic Avenue Saturday afternoon.
All the regulars were there. You can't have a parade in North Wildwood without the Mummers - in this case Duffy's String Band. The bagpipe brigade was also marching as well as Teitleman's school band.
While local Brownies tossed candy, other school children got a ride in a rescue boat, Miss North Wildwood rode in a red convertible, and the Kazoo Band rode on the boardwalk's famous tram car.
Everyone dressed for the day. And a fine, fine day it was.
